LLF will identify and work closely only with registered Charitable organizations that are engaged in activities closely associated with education, training and development of entrepreneurial skills for the underprivileged.
LLF will be making grants to such Charity Organizations on a case by case basis on the following broad principles.
Overview
Education
The intent is to identify Charities that would provide assistance to the underprivileged to pursue further education. The grant may be towards a bursary or a scholarship that will enable these underprivileged to complete the basic education and be able to provide for the family contribute to the society as a good citizen.
Training & Development Of Entrepreneurship
The intent is to identify Charities that would either provide financial assistance, direct or indirect, in the form of an interest free or subsidized micro financing or provide access to the means to small businesses or underprivileged but deserving individuals so that they can become self-reliant rather than a burden on the community.

Avsar Foundation
Avsar Foundation (AF) is a not-for-profit organization established by Lotus Life Foundation. It is incorporated in Nepal with the objective of empowering economically and socially deprived individuals and communities across the country through various programs.
Lotus NUS Fund
The Lotus-NUS Fund is a collaboration between the Lotus Life Foundation and NUS Enterprise. It provides seed funding for social impact-driven start-ups are founded by NUS-affiliated Singaporeans.
Lotus-NUS Medical Bursary
Established in 1905 to educate and train medical professionals for Singapore, the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine is a leading medical educational and research institution in Asia.
SMU Lotus Initiative
LLF has pledged a contribution of $3 million to Singapore Management University’s (SMU) Lien Centre for Social Innovation to strengthen the local capabilities in Nepal to tackle poverty in entrepreneurial and innovative ways.
Lotus NUS Healthcare Innovative Fund
The Lotus-NUS Healthcare Innovative Fund is LLF’s second undertaking with the NUS Yong Loo School of Medicine. The Lotus-NUS Healthcare Innovative Fund was officially started on 31 October 2018 and seeks to fund medical undergraduates and postgraduates.
Unleash
UNLEASH is a global innovation lab, which gathers 1,000 talent annually to collaborate on solutions to meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Lotus Life Foundation has donated US$100k to UNLEASH to help further efforts to meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Needy students staying at Taman Jurong Constituency can expect more financial support with the donation from Lotus Life Foundation.
