A Seasoned Corporate Executive with 35 years of experience. He is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, and has held senior executive positions around the Asia Pacific region (including Japan) for a US listed multinational.
Yeo Soon Keong
Advisor & Founder
He holds a Masters Degree in International Business in addition to his LL.B, and lectures in the areas of Investment and Commercial Law as an associate lecturer with SIM University and RMIT University. His main area of practice is in private client work which includes representing families in their commercial and corporate interest, real estate investments and succession planning. His involvement spans across various jurisdictions and includes assisting clients in the mergers, acquisition, divestment and governance.
Baldev Singh

He has dual qualification in Singapore and England with more than 10 years of international experience across the world’s leading global law firms. Particular expertise in the Energy, Resource, Infrastructure sectors, specializing in cross-border disputes, particularly those connected with India and Indonesia.
Chandra P. Khetan
Director
A scion of a prominent industrialist family with interests in banking, insurance, telecommunications, IT, real estate, energy and beverages. He is continuing the legacy of philanthropy in the family.
Deepa Hingorani
Director
She is the Vice President, South Asia of IFU (Investment fund based in Denmark that invests in developing countries). Her main responsibilities include: monitoring existing portfolio, sourcing new investment opportunities and ensuring sound exits. She has represented IFU on 30 boards in South Asia and Africa which include DZ Card Africa (Tanzania), Orana India, Rabai Power (Kenya) among others.
Michael A. Palmer
Director
20 years of experience in civil and commercial law with main areas of practice are corporate & commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution, employment law, defamation law and the law relating to clubs and associations. He also currently advises various clubs and associations in Singapore, a role that requires him to provide counsel on their constitution, rules and regulations and internal dispute resolution procedures.
